The wine cellar is an independent structure and holds approximately 20.000 bottles. It's the engine behind a wine list of almost a thousand labels which are regularly and carefully updated. Plenty of space is given over to French wines with a particular accent on Bordeaux and the white wines of the Borgogne and the Loire. Then there are the Champagnes (with more than twenty varieties available) and the more titled Sauternes like Chateau d'Yquem available in various vintages and sizes. As regards Italy , all the important regions are well represented, both for whites and reds, from the small, up and coming producers to the most famous and highly esteemed producers in the world of wine . In addition there is a good range of wines from the New World and a small selection of Port dedicated to lovers of this genre or Cuban connoisseurs… Lastly the spirits: cognac, armagnac, calvados,brandy, rum, tequila, vodka, grappas and …an infinite variety of whiskies, Gabriel's real passion. It might well be they which entice you into the cellar for an after dinner visit…
