Gabriele constantly updates the wine and spirits list ; helped by his experience and innate passion for wines: choosing what to drink before, during and after the meal becomes a journey through Italy, France and Scotland … Two rooms, of which the smaller is suitable for business dinners or anyone desirous of a little more privacy , seat approximately a hundred guests . At lunchtime , the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere , just right to turn off for a while from a busy day , to get away from the crowds of tourists . At dinner there's a different atmosphere: regular customers, gourmets thirsting for knowledge , tourists from all over the world , all caressed by the breeze of international refinement with solid Tuscan roots. With painstaking attention paid to every detail, the waiting staff, composed of five people plus a sommelier, promptly and cordially welcome a clientele built up over decades.
